who is edwin rubis?
In 1998, Edwin was arrested by the Drug Enforcement Agency and charged with conspiracy to distribute marijuana. He was later found guilty through a jury trial and received a 40 years sentence for a non-violent cannabis crime. Edwin has been incarcerated for over 28 years.
